 1. All registration fee, School fee and all other fees are Non-refundable, regardless of the circumstance.

 

2. Tuition is refundable if a student didnot start any classes. Student must fill out refund form and give the institution at least 7 clear days to process request

 

3. Registration fee expired after 3 months if Students didnot pay tuition and start classes. Students who wish to start classes after 3 months of paying their registration fee will need to pay another registration fee.

 

4. Flexible payment plan. Atleast half of the tuition must be paid upfront. Students are given 2 weeks to pay the balance. Any student refuses to do so will not be permitted to attend classes.

TUITION & OTHER FEES
Fee Payment 
The Pre-enrollment process involves paying fees at any branch of the Bank of Nova Scotia. All fees should be paid by cash or cheques at any branch of the above location.
Students should collect school voucher from the office after paying the registartion fees. Payments should be paid at any BAnk of Nova Scotia and a copy of the voucher must be presented, to the office before enrollment.
 
Bank Procedures
All fee payment made at the Bank of Nova Scotia must be lodged to Distinction College accounts as stated below. Students upon entering the bank must hand voucher to the clerk and the fees.

Flexible Payment Plan
In a bid to assist students in difficulty concerning their fee payments, the institution has developed a Flexible Payment Plan. The conditions that apply are detailed in the Students' package. The payment options are as follows:
Option A: "Payment in Full" ( At the bgining of the Course of Study)
This allows student to be eligible for discounts. Fees are paid in full at  the start of each year of the course of study.
Option B: "Partial Payment"
This option requires the students to pay atleast half of their tuition fee before each term.
Payments should be made on a specified due date given by the Distinction College Office.
 
Penalties for Non-Compliance
A student will be deemed to be in arrears if:
  • --fees for previous programmes are unpaid not normally allowed to continue)
  • --An expected payment is not received on or before the due date, or 
  • --Any late fees are unpaid
​Students, who are in arrears, will be prevented from attending any classes at Distinction College, Students will also be prevented from goung on work experience and sitting examination.
Student who have been derigistered are liable for the amount in arrears and no amounts will be refunded.
